Ms. Gigi Tang, a director and a founder of AFFLUENT SEA, holds a Master Degree in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance. Gigi is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly name known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly name known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in the United Kingdom.

鄧素謙為海湋企業服務有限公司之董事及創辦人，她擁有專業會計與企業管治學碩士學位。她為特許秘書、特許公司治理師和香港公司治理公會（前名稱為香港特許秘書公會）及英國特許公司治理公會（前名稱為特許秘書及行政人員公會）的會士。

Gigi has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies, private, guarantee and offshore companies. She leads a team of professional staff to provide full range of corporate services and listed company secretary services. She has experienced to work with the non-governmental organizations such as Haw Par Music Foundation Limited (“Haw Par”) which has cooperated with the“revitalization of historic buildings through Partnership Scheme”of the HKSAR Government as one of the historic building revitalization projects. She was appointed as the company secretary of Haw Par since 2017 and took minutes during the meeting with all the directors and the management and responsible for submitting the meeting records to the HKSAR Government.

她於企業服務範疇擁有逾20年經驗，一直為香港上巿公司、私人公司、擔保公司及離岸公司提供專業的企業服務，並帶領專業團隊提供全方位的上巿公司秘書服務及企業服務。她擁有與非政府機構合作的經驗，例如虎豹音樂基金有限公司（「虎豹」），虎豹曾與香港特別行政區政府的「活化歷史建築夥伴計劃」合作，成為歷史建築活化項目之一，自2017年她委任為虎豹的公司秘書，為全體董事及管理層會面作會議記錄，並負責將會議記錄呈交至香港特別行政區政府。

Gigi is familiar with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”), Part XV of Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).  She is currently serving as a named company secretary at HUIJING HOLDINGS CO. LTD (Stock Code: 9968), and previously held the same position at SOUNDWILL HOLDINGS LIMITED (Stock Code: 878).  In addition, she has experience in preparing the pre-Initial Public Offering project (pre-IPO) which is based on Hong Kong and Taiwan.

她熟悉香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）證券上巿規則、證券及期貨條例（香港法例第571章）第XV部及《公司條例》（香港法例第622章）。她現在擔任匯景控股有限公司（股份代號：9968）之公司秘書及曾經擔任金朝陽集團有限公司（股份代號：878）之公司秘書。此外，她還有準備在香港及台灣進行首次公開上巿前項目（pre-IPO）的經驗。
